4. New LS-DYNA version R9.1 available - please update
Since last week, the new version LS-DYNA R9.1 was released which includes many improvements. We recommend an update from R9.0 to R9.1 for users of the implicit structural solver and the new coupled multiphysics modules. For crash analysis and passive safety simulation we still recommend the robust production version LS-DYNA R7.1.3 for everyday use.

5. SCALE at Bonding career fair Dresden
On April 19, 2017, SCALE will participate at this year's bonding career fair Dresden and provide information on career opportunities. SCALE employees are available for questions regarding entry opportunities, internships and final theses. More information can be found » here.

6. Did you know?
Complex material formulations often have a variety of history variables that vary from material to material. For this reason, we have summarized the various output options for you on our support pages. All you need to do is define the number of output variables using "NEIPH" for solids and "NEIPS" for shells in *DATABASE_EXTENT_BINARY to write the history variables to the d3plot files.
