21 - 22 September 2015, Braunschweig, Germany

adidas, Volkswagen, Škoda, ThyssenKrupp: These are just a few of the renowned companies which share their firsthand experiences with optical 3D technologies at this year's GOM 3D Metrology Conference. From 21st to 24th September 2015, more than 600 experts from 40 countries will attend the international conference at GOM’s headquarters in Braunschweig, Germany. The four-day event has developed into a well-established platform for meeting experts in measurement technology, quality control and product development.

The focus of the conference will be on the latest hardware and software developments in 3D metrology. This year's main topics cover tolerance management, global supply chain management, automated metrology as well as component testing in the aerospace and automotive industry.

Optical measuring techniques have become a standard in industry and research. This year’s GOM 3D Metrology Conference will show in user presentations and live demonstrations, how optical measuring systems shorten development cycles and improve production processes. In addition, a technical exhibition gives participants the possibility to deepen their knowledge of optical measuring techniques and exchange experiences with experts.

The GOM Conference consists of two main events: On the first two days, the focus is on testing applications for materials and components, on the last two days on 3D coordinate measurement and inspection.
